bypassing pxe process and booting into full OS

I need help. I am not able to do pxe boot the devices. Some times it works but majority of time it doesn't. What is the correct way ?

The problem is more prominent with existing systems (where OS is already installed), when trying to do pxe, it boots into full OS rather than loading boot image.

Please help what exactly am i missing ?
